We currently ship orders within the United States only. If your shipping address is outside our supported area, you may be unable to complete your order, or we may contact you to cancel and refund it.

Packaging

All plush toys are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. Depending on the item size and order quantity, packaging may include protective bags, cushioning materials, sturdy boxes, or other protective inserts.

Some plush items may be slightly compressed during packaging for safe and efficient shipping. After opening, the item may need a short time to return to its original shape and fullness.

Special packaging requests, such as gift-ready packaging or additional protective wrapping, may incur additional fees. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. These times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, high shipping volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free standard shipping is available on orders that total $98.00 or more. Please note that the order subtotal after discounts or coupons are applied must still be $98.00 or higher to qualify for free shipping.

Additional fees may apply for gift packaging, oversized plush items, or expedited shipping. Any such fees will be disclosed before completing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for the carrier tracking system to update after the shipping label has been created.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier. However, we will assist in resolving issues caused by carrier delays, damaged shipments, weather disruptions, or other uncontrollable delivery problems in accordance with our policies.

Additional Fees for Packaging and Insurance

Some orders, including oversized plush toys, bulk orders, or gift-ready packages, may require special packaging or shipping insurance. These services may incur additional fees. All charges will be clearly disclosed at checkout before payment.
