Please note that slight compression, minor shape changes, or temporary flattening may occur during shipping due to packaging. In many cases, plush toys may return to their normal shape after being opened and gently adjusted.

Exchanges

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
